With a cylinder there is always an Axis. (between 0 & 180)
Make sure you have filled in PLUS (+) or MINUS (-) correctly. A plus (+) cylinder almost never occurs.
Please note that a cylinder value always includes an axis (this indicates the direction of the cylinder).
